There is just too much negativity in the world today. Kindness and compassion are, for the most part, things of the past. We all get angry too quickly and our anger no longer seems to have any boundaries. Christians, as well as those who have not yet accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior, need places on the internet where they can make contact with someone who cares about them and their problems, someone who will share their burdens, whenever possible, and pray for them and someone who will rejoice with them over their blessings, too.

My wife, Lisa, and I  attend a wonderful church, Harvest Tabernacle, near our home in Sarasota, Fl. and we are determined to reach out to, and help, the household of faith and the lost as much as we can. Sure, we want you to buy a copy of my CD, The Big House On Gold Street, but more importantly, we want to encourage you and be encouraged by you

Occasionally, I will update the message on this page. I will always try to speak what the Holy Spirit leads me to say.

The following text, titled 'The Godman', is a beautiful enlightenment of Jesus Christ when He was upon the earth in bodily form. It seems a good way to start of the new year of 2008. I pray that you carefully read it and let it warm your heart.

'The Godman'

While here on earth Jesus really did possess dual natures. He walked a very fine line with one foot firmly and physically in humanity, bound by the weaknesses of human frailty, while the other foot was solidly and spiritually anchored at the Great Throne in Heaven.

How wonderfully and incomprehensibly strange it is to think that this man, known as Jesus, stood on the sandy shore of the Galilean Sea, enjoying the warm gentle waves washing over His sandaled feet, and that as He stood there admiring the pale and beautiful colors on the horizon that signaled the approaching dawn, He was also the God, who long before time began, had designed and created the waves that soothed His feet and the colors that painted the very sunrise He admired. I chuckle as I wonder if He, as a man, knew that He, as God, had created those things. Oh, what a mystery!

As a soft-spoken, sun-browned Jew, He sat resting by a dusty village well, holding an infant as the child’s mother drew water. This gentle stranger, who laughed deeply as the baby’s tiny fingers reached out to grasp His beard and to play with it, was the God whose heart ached with sorrow as He looked into the future and saw the lost and hurting soul that child would become. Yes, He was naturally drawn to children because of their innocence. We all are. But, even as He was amazed and delighted by His human creations, He felt an aching sadness over the destruction, sorrow, and loss that sin had brought upon His children. This man, whose eyes twinkled, and whose teeth flashed white, as He smiled with pleasure at the sweetness of the honey, was the God who had created the bees and the blossoms.

Although it may seem strange that some men knew the true identity of Jesus Christ, and that they recognized His Deity the very first time they encountered Him in the flesh, there is a simple explanation for that phenomenon. You see, those apparent strangers were possessed by demonic spirits. Those spirits were fallen angels who had known Jesus in heaven. He was their creator. They knew He was God. This innocent, loving, compassionate Man who hung on the cross, tortured, bloody, and humiliated, was also the God, who with His last human breath, forgave the very ones who crucified Him.

Jesus now sits at the right hand of majesty in heaven as God the Son. But, it is what He did during the brief time He was on this earth as a man that matters most of all to us. For because of Him we have eternal life. Thank God for Jesus, the Godman.

I hope that you enjoyed 'The Godman'. It was a gift to me from the Holy Ghost and He wants me to share it.
